Bollywood Star Aishwarya Rai and Daughter Hospitalized With COVID-19

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaaradhya have been admitted to the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai, India.

The former Miss World was test positive for Covid-19 last week. Her husband Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan checked into the same hospital last Saturday.

According to earlier reports, the 46-year-old actress and her daughter were showing mild symptoms of COVID-19. After following the doctors’ stay-at-home orders and taking strict precautionary measures, she checked into the hospital. ANI tweeted on Friday night: “Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan admitted at Nanavati Hospital. Earlier, she was home quarantined after she tested positive for #COVID19.

Jaya Bachchan, daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her children Navya Naveli Nandaand Agastya Nanda all received negative tests for the novel virus. Meanwhile, Big B and Abhishek took to Twitter to assure fans they are on their way to recovery.
